Returns Policy
Here at RPG Apparel we want to make sure that all of our customers are happy with their purchase! Our policy is that you have 30 days from the day it's shipped to return your purchase if you're unhappy with it for any reason. Customers will receive store credit equal to the value of the purchase price. Buyers are solely responsible for return charges.
Shipping
Because all of our items are created by hand production is anywhere from 3-5 days before the item is ready to be shipped. Once production of your items are completed and ready to be shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided.
